High Park Gardens Montessori School, like the first Casa dei Bambini which was founded by Dr. Maria Montessori in 1907 in Rome, is not just a classroom or a school, but a community. It is a special learning environment designed for your child to touch, experience, care for, and learn from.
Deeply rooted in tradition, our School has exemplified a commitment to the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy for over 45 years. High Park Gardens Montessori School has a team of wonderful educators who are dedicated to providing your children with strong academic and social awareness. Our students truly have a love of learning while gaining knowledge of social responsibility, respect, grace, and courtesy.

The High Park neighbourhood is mainly residential, containing many semi-detached homes built in the early 20th century. The park for which it was named spans 400 acres, and is a mixed recreational and natural park, with sporting facilities, cultural facilities, educational facilities, gardens, playgrounds and a zoo. North of the park, the neighbourhood has several high-rise apartment buildings, built after the construction of the Bloor-Danforth subway.View Neighbourhood
